Multipurpose structure conceived as a new cultural center capable of revitalizing the entire district, The architectural complex (equipped with multipurpose spaces, cafeteria, exhibition routes,  bookshop and offices) is completed by a suggestive public park that surrounds it and acts as the heart of the project. The green entrance square overlooks the multifunctional covered space that serves as a stage for the open-air steps.
