The functions are gathered around a multifunctional central yard (a characteristic architectural element of the colonial houses present in the setting) which with its stepped structure and its podium allows the presentation of entertainment activities. The outdoor exhibition area, the restaurant, the small shops selling local products, the 6 convertible rooms and the roof terrace create a volume that respects the architectural language of the context.
