MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING V96

 

This housing project develops in a rectangular narrow area but with a nice depth. Two volumes, with one-floor and two-floor apartments, are organized around a central patio that provides natural light and good ventilation to all of the accommodations. A center of stairways and open corridors create the  circulation that connects the volumes. The project is completed by two parking levels (one of which is in the basement) and a roof garden terrace.
